Installation:
Install all the specified mods and libraries.
Place the ile.xml file in the main GTA V folder.
In the dlclist.xml file (path: update/update.rpf/common/data/), add the following lines: dlcpacks:\custom_maps\
and dlcpacks:\mapbuilder\ , save the changes, and replace the file using OpenIV.
Place the objectlist file from the mod archive into the script folder, replacing the existing one.
In the game, press F7, select Load Map as XML and enter ile.
