Kondo is located on the second floor of a small building in the beach area. The facade is made of light, slightly weathered wood, which gives the building the atmosphere of old California buildings. On the second floor there is a balcony with wooden railings painted dark green, in some places traces of wear and peeling paint are noticeable. The windows are large, panoramic, overlooking the street and beach palm trees, which creates a feeling of openness and light inside. The apartment is entered by a brick staircase leading to a door on the second floor. A palm tree grows near the house, and on the ground floor there are utility rooms with metal doors.
