Play a game of chance with your life!

You have a one in eight chance to eathier do the following

1) Gain an Assault Suit
2) Gain 20 life
3) Gain 50 life
4) Gain 100 life
5) Lose 10 life
6) Lose 30 life
7) Lose 70 life
Player die.
9) Player gains life for a short period of time ( Chosen by cvar )
9) Player loses life for a short period of time ( Chosen by cvar )

Cvar
amx_hpdice_delay time - This is how long till the player can roll the dice again.
amx_hpdice_lifetime time This is the amount of time you have this new life or bad life.
amx_hpdice_newLife life The amount of life granted for a short period of time.
amx_hpdice_losingLife life The amount of life lost for a short period of time.
