another console plugin, this one by the one and only Eric Lidman aka Ludwig van. This one has more features than this plugin http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=37337
An admin can bring the player's console up with amx_console <player>
A player can bring his own console up by saying in the chat "console me"
it is based on the old adminmod console plugin
