This plugin does several different things depending on what the CVARs are set to. It is activated on any map that starts with awp_. Its several functionalities are:
On new round, give every player an awp (for maps like awp_map where you have to run to get one)
Disallow use of weapons that are not the awp / glock18 / usp / knife
Auto set freezetime to 0
And on awp_map only:
Can set both CT and T to either look toward eachother when they spawn or force them both to look at the wall. (By default, Ts are looking at CTs when they spawn but CTs are looking at the wall and it gives Ts an advantage.)
CVARs:
awp_turn_spawns - 0=Don't turn spawns. 1=Turn spawns to look away from each other. 2=Turn spawns to look towards each other. (awp_map ONLY)
awp_spawn_with_awp - 0=Don't spawn with awp. 1=Spawn with awp
awp_disallow_buy - 0=Allow use of non-awps. 1=Disallow use of non-awps.
awp_no_freezetime - 0=Don't modify freezetime. 1=Automatically set freezetime to 0.
awp_allow_pistols - 0=Disallow anything but default pistols. 1=Allow buying of pistols. 2=Disallow any pistols.
