It makes the protected map surf_ski-1337 100% playable on any server.
How is the map protected?
Player Spawns are located in a boxed up room. func_button blocks people from surfing/moving/teleporting, and trigger_hurt kills people when going through some teleports.

Create a new file with shown structure and naming
Write the plugin file name within the newly created .ini file as shown and save it/cstrike/addons/amxmodx/configs/maps/plugins-surf_ski-1337.ini
