Description:
This plugin manages the radio messages. Sends a specific radio message (and say_team message too) when you are in certain situations.
This plugin is not compatible with No Radio Flood v1.1

Radio Messages:

-Need Backup | Taking Fire: When you are being attacked
-Enemy Down: When you kill an enemy
-She's gonna blow: When the bomb is next to explode
-Cover Me: When you are planting/defusing the bomb, when you got an hostage, And when you are the VIP.
-Enemy Spotted: When you see an enemy.

Cvars:
th_enabled (1|0) (Enable | Disable the plugin)
th_messages (1|0) (Enable | Disable say_team messages)
