Based on imessage plugin, this plugin displays scrolling centered messages (like Terrorists Win message).

amx_scrolltext < put your message here >
Set a message
You can put the keyword %hostname% in the sentence and it will be replaced with the server name.

amx_scrolltext_freq < value >
Time in seconds between 2 messages (dft 180)
