Admin Voice -Admin to Admin Comms / Admin Anouncements Comms

Admin Voice will allow you as an admin to overide all voice comms and make anouncements. It also allows you to talk via voice comms to just admins. This plugin also features the ability to listen to everyone with a click or a toggle!

Commands:

+adminvoice - Admin over all voice
+interadminvoice - Admin to admin voice
+adminlisten - Admin listening while key is pushed in
toggle_listen - Toggles above listening feature on and off
