[CS:GO] Simple CSGO AntiLagger

Simple CSGO AntiLagger is a simple plugin that kicks players if they have a ping of more than 200ms for 30 seconds from the start of the round.

Convar is sm_simplecsgoantilagger_kicktype x
You set x to either 1 or 2.
1 = Kick to spectator.
2 = Kick from match.

The attached simplecsgoantilagger.smx file is set for 100ms.
