[CSGO]Round End Screen Effect

Hi I made a plugin and I wanted share this plugin.

This plugin features, on round end screen color changes continuously and the screen is shaking.
I've adapted the cs1.6 plugin to csgo

I only tested this plugin with CSGO, can you tell me if this plugin is running at CSS
