Speed Toggle

This plugin allows you to toggle speed on\off with attack2. To make gameplay a bit more challenging I made it so you cannot attack while having speed toggled on.

Details:
When you have speed toggled on, you are unable to attack with your weapon.
Speed is automatically toggled off when you switch weapons.
Toggling speed is disabled when you have shield.
All weapons lose their attack2 feature.
To do:
Option to disable speed toggle just on sniper rifles to allow usage of scope.
Option to allow attack when speed toggled on.
Handle shield differently.
Set maxspeed appropriately for each weapon.
Option to either use attack2 or any key as speed toggle. [via +speed bind]
As always, I am open for requests\recommendations for changes\additions.
