No Kill Jacking

Modifies the ingame scoring to give more credit where credit is due, not to who actually made the final kill.

For example:


John does 87 dmg to Tim but doens't kill him.
Jane comes along and does 20 dmg to Tim finishing him off.
Under normal cs john gets nothing, Jane gets one kill.

This plugin makes it so that john gets .87 of a kill and jane gets .20 of a kill. All kills are rounded down to integers.

Another advantage would be that if John kills Tim doing 120 dmg with a great headshot he gets a bonus of .20 kills for going over 100 dmg.

The only exception is the awp which I've capped at 100 dmg per kill because it would just get insane if you allowed awp dmg to translate into actual kills: 440 dmg = 4.4 kills.

Added a cvar "NKJ_Cap" when set to 1 it will cap the amount of damage you can take from a player to 100, so there will be no bonus for headshots or anything. When set to 0 it will run as normal allowing as much damage as you can do to a person.
