[CSGO] Simple Dance

Published because the customer (Malaxus) refused to pay for the order.
Punishment: published his private model files as well.

Only 1 model is included.

Commands:

• - sm_dance - Start single animation and show menu

Known issues:

• - double shadow
  - not smooth walking during dance (because I was unable to parent model due to invisiblity state inheritance done by Valve in the latest updates )

TODO:

• - make dance animation for all other fractions or found a way to apply .smd directly to model.

[For devs] How to add new anim / model?

• 1. add path to original model to g_cAnimModel array
  2. add path to the model with integrated dance to g_cDefaultModel array (you must prepare/compile model by your own)

To add new animation name, append g_cAnimName array.
