[CSGO] Killing Floor Styled Cash Dropping

I've written this plugin with inspiration from the game Killing Floor.

Clients can press the E button (+USE) to drop a stack of $50 on the ground.
Teammates or enemys can pick up the cash and this is deducted from your account.

I've written in a few detections of situations where players would want to use +use key otherwise and not drop cash.
This includes opening doors, defusing bombs and picking up weapons from the ground.

This plugin will only work with CS:GO as it uses the danger zones item_cash entity that's specific to this game.

There's a 100 cash bundle limit per team to prevent trolls from lagging the server.

Some credits to 'PeEzZ' as I used a tiny bit of code from his "RainingMoney" plugin.
