BunnyHop by using OnPlayerRunCmd

Hey guys,

I've seen both of the AutoBhop plugins and thought that was way too much code just for a bhop. So I've decided to make my own one. And there we go. It's small and perfectly working.

If anyone has ideas to improve it. Tell me.
