Texture Toolkit is a tool that allows you to edit GTAV textures in (*.ytd) and (*.ydr) formats. With this program, you can easily convert textures to "dds" format and edit them in any convenient photo editor. After that, you can also convert the edited "dds" file back to "ytd".
