The monolith on Legion Square is made in the form of a high, slender spiral, directed up. Its surface is decorated with bright horizontal light strips that evenly wrap the structure in a spiral, creating the effect of a modern Christmas tree. The base of the monolith is massive and black, stably fixed on the tiled surface of the area.
