The house is built on the slope of a coastal cliff opposite the lighthouse. It has a very stylish design. The rooms offer ocean views, and the interior is beautifully finished.
Installation:
Download Villa Pilea
Open Villa Pilea.Rar
Transfer Villapilea.xml to Grand Theft Auto V (main file)
Launch the game
Load the map in Golf, F7, load the map, xml, enter "villapilea," and press Enter.
Go to the specified location (see photo).
After loading the house, check the number of loaded objects using MapEditor by pressing F7. Typically, if you haven't missed anything, there should be 1959 objects. If not, make sure you have the latest version of MapBuilder Community installed.
