This plugin helps server owners to edit buttons delay on maps where its "unbalanced", mainly was developed for deathrun mod. I had this idea around 6 months ago, but i didnt know how to make it, now i found a way and done it

amx_delayedit - Opens menu to edit delays

Added Active Sound editor, flags editor (dont move & toggle)
Doesn't create empty files anymore.
Some changes in code.

Fixed plugin, now it works properly on linux servers.
