Another useless plugin.

When a individual kills another, before his body gets rotten, he can take his suit by looking at him and pressing the Use key. He will become disguised with the dead's suit. Then, we will lost the disguise if spotted. He can be spotted by firing a gun, defusing, planting, being attacked, running, jumping (if that action is spotted by an enemy). (I get this part of the idea from the Spy of the game Commandos 2)

deception_camouflage_time - Time, in seconds, to camouflage. Default 2 (Changes to it will only affect after the round afterwards)
