OpenIV is a program that unlocks resources on the RAGE engine games by Rockstar Games, such as: GTA 4, GTA EFLC, MAX PAYNE 3, and GTA 5.
The main change in this version is improvements in the Hash Generator. The Hash Generator now has the following options:
Change hashing algorithm: Default, Case sensitive, AWC;
Change output format: Hexadecimal (Hex), Unsigned (Unsigned int), Signed (Signed int);
Generate on input.
General changes, improvements, and fixes in OpenIV 4.1
Now you can immediately create a sequence of folders (e.g., x64\data\lang);
A renaming function has been added to the favorites sorting window;
By default, more files will open with the Text Editor;
A problem has been fixed where OpenIV generated incorrect XML exported using the “Export to XML” function.
