This mod adds a huge nuclear fallout shelter to GTA 5, completely self-sufficient and equipped for thousands of years of living. Inside, there is everything you need to survive: food, oxygen, and water supplies, a power plant, a gold mine, fuel production, as well as living and technical facilities.
