Corcovado is a tall statue depicting a figure with outstretched arms, reminiscent of the famous statue of Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro. The statue is made in light gray, stands on a massive pedestal, which is surrounded by modern buildings with domes and viewing platforms.
