Nearby are shops, including a 24/7 supermarket, which stands out with a bright neon sign. The architecture of the district combines glass office buildings and old residential buildings, as well as elements of urban greenery — tall trees and shrubs. The atmosphere of the area is lively, typical of business and residential areas of a large city.
