No Death Skin Reset 1.2.1

Required:
- ScripthookVDotNet
- AsiLoader
Installation:
Put all the files into the "scripts" folder
If you have Menyoo, go to Settings, disable "Reset Player Model Upon Death"
Features:
- Keep Model (works with MP skin) clothes, face details, etc... after dying
- Faster respawn

- Prevent Skin Reset during Arrest

- Patch to Player not dying during high speed sky diving/moving
