Store Holdup Blips 1.3

Information:
This script adds a blip for all the 24/7, LTD Gasoline and liquor stores around the map
Requirements:
- Legacy: Community Script Hook V .NET or Script Hook V .Net Enhanced
- Enhanced: Script Hook V .Net Enhanced
Installation:
- Move "StoreHoldupBlips.dll" in the "scripts" folder
Special Thanks:

Changelog:

- Added a check that hides the blips if the player is in North Yankton or Cayo Perico
- Removed the Ace Liquor blip and green tick options
