Usage: !bet t/ct amount/all, example !bet ct 1400 or !bet t all
Config: /addons/counterstrikesharp/configs/plugins/TeamBet
MinBetAmount (Minimum bet amount; players cannot bet if the value is less than this)
MaxBetAmount (Maximum bet amount; players cannot bet if the value is higher than this)
