A simple port of https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=301977 for CS2
Installation
Download latest version here
Donwonload Force AllTalk-1.1 if you're updating the plugin
Download Force AllTalk-1.1-first-install if you're downloading plugin for first time (includes dependencies)
Extract contents into your game/csgo folder
By default plugin is enabled, can toggle this in force_alltalk.json file
