[CS:GO] 35hp Random Event

Description:
Since 35hp_ maps are plain and boring, I decided to do something like this and do different things with 12 different possibilities in each round.
ConVars:
twin_credit_enable - <0-1> - T Give Credit Enabled/Disabled
ctwin_credit_enable - <0-1> - CT Give Credit Enabled/Disabled
twin_credit - <0-∞> - Credit to be given when the T team wins
ctwin_credit - <0-∞> - Credit to be given when the CT team wins
sm_norecoil_enable - <0-1> - No Recoil Enable // No Recoil is set to 1 automatically in the tour.
sm_bunny_enable - <0-1> - Bunny Enable // Bunny is set to 1 automatically in the tour.
Requirements:

.phrases.txt > addons/sourcemod/translations
