Who Is Driving?
Description:
- When someone is driving, it show a hud message with funny texts and sounds...

Cvars:
- wid_on 1 - enabled / 0 - disabled
- wid_hudtime 8.0 - set the hudtime duration on screen
NOTE:
- This plugin is just for fun! I don't say will be usefull
