Glow Colors

Description:
This plugin just set a simply glow to players with different colors!
Also, you can set a customizable glow color to each mode.
This plugin is a Remake from this plugin because original autor, is offline and is not supporting that plugin, (I know because is my brother), and Hawk552 let me post this remake

Colors (Default):
Red for Terrorists
Blue for Counter-Terrorists
Yellow for the c4 carrier
Light Blue for each CT who carries a defuse kit

Cvars:
glow_enabled (1|0) (Enable | Disable the plugin)
glow_custom_color (1|0) (Enable | Disable custom glow colors)
glow_defuse_color "Red Green Blue Amount" (Defuse carrier glow color)
glow_c4_color "Red Green Blue Amount" (C4 carrier color)
glow_terr_color "Red Green Blue Amount" (Terrorist glow color)
glow_ct_color "Red Green Blue Amount" (CT´s glow color)
