Ditka's Nade Controller (for fy_ maps)

This plugin restricts the purchase of smoke and flashbangs on all maps.
In addition, if (mp_dnc = 1) then:
-Only people with positive scores can buy nades on fy_ maps.
-If one team skunks the other by the value of mp_dnc_rapecount (7 by default) then the nade rape preventer sets in and noone will be able to buy an he nade until the start of the next round.


This plugin has not been tested on Steam, but I have no reason to believe that it would not work.
