Bad spawn preventer v1.3

Description:

There are many maps that have corrupted spawn points. If you get spawned in one of those - you will get killed thus leaving you dead waiting for next round. This plugin respawns the player if he got killed because of bad spawn position and respawns the player if he is stuck in the wall at spawn. It also logs the map name, that may have bad spawn points, to it's own log file. This will let the admin to fix the map spawns with additional plugin. Very helpful for servers, that have lots off maps and for admins that don't have time to check them all.

- Requires HamSandwich & FakeMeta modules
- My first plugin
