[CSGO] Knives Drop [v0.6]

What does this plugin do?
This plugin allows you to drop your knife like any other weapon, but what makes this different from other plugins is this one also makes you drop your knife on death and allows you to pick up other knives dropped on the ground.
Requirements:
Latest DHooks
AutoExecConfig (For compiling)
ConVars:
When the plugin loads, it will automatically generate a config file inside cfg/sourcemod/knivesdrop.cfg Please refer to that for the ConVars.
Known issues:
None yet. Please test and let me know if you find any.
