Allows you to replenish your health for money or for free, using one of the commands: !medic, !hp, !heal, !doctor

Config settings
MinHealth - minimum HP required to use the medic
HealHealth - HP that will be restored after use
Cost - the cost of using a medic
ShowCall - displays in the chat to everyone that the player used the medic
MaxUse - number of heal uses per round
AccessFlag - access flag for using commands
HealSuccessSound - Path to the sound file played after successfully restoring health. Leave blank to disable.
HealFailureSound - Path to the sound file played after a failed health regeneration. Leave blank to disable.
